Job Description
Lead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences in‑store by overseeing operational execution and driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach and develop warehouse and customer service teams' knowledge and capability.
* Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any complaints and queries.
* Ensure store meets all compliance and legislative requirements.
* Monitor store activities to align with business core policy and standard operating procedures.
* Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.
