This is a key role for an experienced Architect who thrives on collaboration, values design excellence and is confident leading a capable team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a complex multi-residential project from design development to construction
* Manage programme, resourcing and delivery strategy
* Coordinate consultants and drive positive project outcomes
* Liaise directly with clients and project partners
* Oversee Revit documentation
* Mentor and guide project team members
Skills & Experience
* BOAQ Registered Architect (preferable) or operating at a Senior Project Lead level
* Proven multi-residential project experience at scale
* Well developed apartment spatial planning and technical resolution skills
* Confident Revit abilities
* Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills
