We are excited to welcome fun, energetic, and adaptable individuals to our brand new supported living services in Askern, Woodlands, Adwick and Rossington. As a member of our team, you will support people with learning disabilities and/or autism, helping them with daily tasks to promote independence and lead fulfilling, valued lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outcome‐focused support, enabling clients to lead meaningful lives and maintain their tenancies.
* Facilitate clients' engagement in the local community, develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
* Deliver continuous, tailored care to maximise clients' wellbeing and independence.
* Support social engagement with peers and the local community, fostering opportunities for personal growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
* No prior experience is necessary – you only need the right values, aptitude and passion.
* A full clean driver's licence is essential for this role.
* Desire to learn new skills and advance a career in health and social care.
