This is a full‐time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, providing the full range of business, process, and administrative support services across the library, and acting as relief Workforce Administrator for staff rosters.
Responsibilities
* Deliver end‐to‐end administrative support across library services, including records management, courier coordination and office operations.
* Manage financial and business processes such as purchase orders, invoices, budgeting support and operational transactions.
* Support workforce coordination including rostering, leave administration, recruitment support and staff training requirements.
* Maintain efficient operations and facilities through tracking statistics, managing assets, security access and office environment standards.
* Provide high‐quality customer and stakeholder support while coordinating meetings, events and communications across the library network.
Qualifications
* Certificate in Business Administration or Customer Service plus suitable relevant experience.
* 3+ years relevant administrative experience in an office or library environment, with a proven track record of achieving objectives.
* Working with Children check.
* Criminal history check.
* Experience in business, customer and relationship management, handling sensitive matters with discretion.
* Demonstrated ability to provide high‐level support to a broad team, as well as lead and manage small projects.
* Sound organisational skills with the ability to plan, organise and determine priorities from a variety of incoming sources, achieve deadlines and experience organising internal staff events.
