Customer Service Manager Role
In this dynamic role, you will be part of the Harvey Norman Fountain Gate Customer Service Team, delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer repairs and servicing with attention to detail and a focus on timely completion.
* Liaise with suppliers and service agents to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
* Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and provide outstanding service throughout the process.
* Assist with administrative duties, including invoicing, claims processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
* Prepare weekly reports on repairs and service jobs as required by management.
* Coordinate stock deliveries and advise customers of arrival dates.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer-focused retail environment or similar industry.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your own workload effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude.
* Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law is desirable.
