Key Responsibilities:
* Provide resident-centred care in accordance with care plans and individual preferences.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans in consultation with residents.
* Supervise and mentor personal care staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
* Manage clinical procedures within your scope of practice and organizational policies.
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety regulations.
* Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a residential aged care setting (2 years preferred).
* NDIS Worker Clearance – Mandatory.
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to resident-first care.
* An understanding of the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS).
* A passion for delivering a person-centred approach to care.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Compassionate and empathetic nature.
