Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
* Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
* Support external sales team with detailed quotes, and account coordination
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
Skills And Experience
* Previous experience in internal sales or customer service highly regarded
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Proactive and solution‐focused approach
* Computer literate at an intermediate level, with experience using Microsoft Office tools.
* Product knowledge in bearing and power transmission (desirable but not essential)
