Qualifications & experience
* Minimum 2 years of estimating experience in the residential construction sector
* Experience with Builder Trend software an advantage
* Contracts Admin background desirable
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook & Excel)
Tasks & responsibilities
* Estimating residential projects including take-offs
* Creating & letting of sub-contractor & supplier packages
* Creating & issuing project Variations
* Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
* Writing job specific scope of works
* Creating trade tender packages for works
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Monitoring construction schedules
