Fuel Station and Roadhouse Operations Manager

About the Role:
* Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and meet other key performance indicators, driving business growth and profitability.
* Inspire and Motivate Team Members: Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve their goals.
* Stock Control and Management: Oversee stock control and ordering, ensuring efficient and successful operations of all aspects of the store.
* OHS / HSSE Requirements: Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety / Hazardous Substances and Security Equipment requirements.
* Customer Service: Resolve day-to-day inefficiencies and other issues in relation to customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
About You:
* Minimum 1 Year Retail Industry Experience: In a management capacity, preferably in the fuel retail industry.
* Diploma or Similar Qualification: Relevant qualification in a field such as business administration, management, or hospitality.
