**Key responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for supporting the client (Coles 360) from a data, analysis, and media insights perspective. Measuring the success of media campaigns, you will provide recommendations on how to improve and optimise future campaigns.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Using Circana proprietary software (Coles Synergy) to mine data, and provide analyses that provide an effective solution to client challenges
- Building customised reports and share with Coles via presentation or through the Coles Synergy platform
- Interpreting reports and providing insights on campaign effectiveness and key implications
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at Coles
- Providing support and training to Coles on how to best utilise the Coles Synergy platform
**We're looking for**:
- 2+ years' experience in media analytics or similar
- Strong understanding of retail media programs
- Experience with analytical concepts related to media measurement and consumer segmentation
- Knowledge and experience with analysing scan, shopper, or customer data
- Exceptional client service consulting skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence and motivate others
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and plan effectively
