Digital Marketing Designer
Part-Time (3 Days per Week) | Mid-Level | New Role
Etikette is a growing Australian home fragrance brand based in the Adelaide Hills, creating thoughtfully made products inspired by scent, memory and connection to place.
We're introducing a part-time Digital Marketing Designer role to support the next phase of Etikette's growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys doing the work, thinking creatively, collaborating closely with others, and being part of a small, high-trust team.
While the role involves independent execution, it's also deeply collaborative. We're looking for someone who enjoys working alongside others, communicates clearly, and brings a calm, positive energy to busy campaign periods. As a creative brand, we also value designers who are comfortable contributing to — and occasionally appearing in — brand storytelling moments on our social media when it feels natural and aligned.
The role
Digital design & execution
* Design and build EDMs in Klaviyo, translating campaign ideas into clear, engaging layouts
* Create digital campaign assets for paid and organic channels
* Design Shopify page layouts and landing page mockups with conversion and usability in mind
* Prepare clean, developer-ready assets for implementation
* Support light copy execution (subject lines, CTAs, short-form copy)
* Assist with creative and layout optimisation to improve performance and conversion
* Maintain strong brand consistency while adapting assets across channels
* Support simple video editing and motion-based assets for digital and social channels
Creative thinking & optimisation
* Think beyond individual assets to how ideas show up across the full digital ecosystem
* Translate campaign strategy into smart, on-brand executions across EDM, web and social
* Spot problems early (hierarchy, underperforming layouts, clunky flows) and propose thoughtful solutions
* Bring ideas to the table, from small refinements to larger creative concepts: to help campaigns work harder
* Balance brand expression with performance, knowing when to push creatively and when to simplify for clarity
Collaboration & workflow
* Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager and broader team to bring campaigns to life
* Take ownership of tasks from brief to delivery, asking questions where needed
* Communicate progress clearly and flag issues early
* Adapt confidently to shifting priorities during campaign periods
* Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and workflows
* Support print design as needed (POS, inserts, packaging support)
About you
* A collaborative, positive and solutions-oriented team member
* Comfortable working independently while staying connected and communicative
* Strong creative judgement, with the ability to make confident decisions while staying aligned to brand and campaign goals
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
* Working knowledge of Figma (and Canva where appropriate)
* Solid understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo and digital marketing principles
* Video editing skills (basic to intermediate) are highly regarded
* Organised, efficient, reliable and accountable
* Comfortable being part of behind-the-scenes brand content when it naturally arises
What you'll bring
* 3+ years' experience in marketing and design, with a strong digital focus
* Experience with consumer brands, ideally in e-commerce
* Ability to design across the full marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion
* Strong written communication and content sensibility
* A natural problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out and improving how things work
* A genuine interest in creative, values-led brands
