A large organisation undertaking significant digital transformation is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support a key program of work. This role will play a critical part in driving successful adoption of new processes and technologies across a diverse stakeholder group.
Your new role
As the Organisational Change Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of change strategies that build understanding, drive engagement, and prepare stakeholders for new ways of working.
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of change activities, including:
Engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Analysing change impacts and identifying required interventions
Coordinating readiness activities and supporting training delivery
Developing targeted communications and high‑quality change artefacts
Partnering closely with project teams to ensure smooth, sustainable adoption
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in change management within large or complex programs
Experience supporting digital transformation and/or student assessment or curriculum-related programs
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, including working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Ability to translate program objectives, impacts and risks into clear, actionable change strategies
Experience identifying the right engagement, communication and training channels to support adoption
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality change artefacts (impact assessments, change plans, training materials, FAQs, readiness reports)
Proficiency with digital collaboration tools, including SharePoint, intranet platforms and M365
