About The Role
This is more than a customer service role, you'll be at the heart of helping people make confident, informed decisions about their health. Working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, you'll manage structured consultations with customers, follow proven processes, and use your critical thinking skills to dig deeper and convert warm leads.
Monday – Friday working 9AM – 5PM.
Managing daily inbound consultations ****** calls), expertly guiding warm leads through the consent and booking process to secure confirmed appointments.
Explaining the service clearly, professionally, and with compassion helping customers feel supported every step of the way.
Perform some outbound follow-ups and re-engagement with existing leads to maximise booking opportunities.
Using systems like HubSpot and AirCall to accurately track interactions and progress.
Asking questions, spotting gaps, and suggesting improvements – you will be someone who'll challenge the status quo and help us get better every day.
About You
You thrive in fast-paced, phone-based roles and understand the balance between following a script and thinking on your feet. You're confident in guiding conversations toward booking outcomes, with a natural ability to build rapport and empathise with people who may be facing health concerns.
Experience in phone based service/sales or customer success roles, ideally involving inbound or warm lead conversion.
You're comfortable working with targets and understand the value of nurturing relationships to close bookings.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and empathise with customers, whilst working within a scripted and compliance based environment.
Exceptional critical thinking skills – you will follow a script but know when to adapt and ask the right discovery questions.
Self motivated, eager and curious.
Confident with digital tools and CRM systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced start up environment, and know that can come with ambiguity and fluidity.
