Are you an experienced automotive Parts Manager looking for your next challenge? John Oxley Motors is seeking a motivated and skilled leader to take charge of our multi-franchise Parts Department in the heart of Port Macquarie.

The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing Parts Department supporting 11 leading automotive brands. You will be responsible for managing a busy team, maintaining efficient stock control, building strong trade relationships, and driving departmental growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department across all franchises.
• Lead, support, and develop a team of experienced parts interpreters.
• Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and trade clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate ordering, receipting, and distribution of parts.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and department performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer processes and warranty procedures.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter in a dealership environment.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• A customer-first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisation and inventory management capabilities.
• Familiarity with dealership software systems.
• Valid driver's licence
