What the role requires:
· Proven experience as a motor vehicle salesperson
· Strong ability to welcome and guide guests through model ranges, features and specifications
· Solid understanding of the automotive marketplace and customer buying behaviours
· Confidence in negotiation, relationship building and preparing sales documentation
· A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
· A process-driven, proactive attitude with a willingness to help
· An owner's mindset—taking pride in your work, managing your time effectively, and meeting customer and business deadlines
