What’s the role?
We’re on the lookout for experienced and passionate Chefs living in or near Mackay to join our regional Queensland teams. These Drive‑In Drive‑Out (DIDO) roles offer the chance to work locally while delivering high‑volume, nutritious meals for mining village residents. If you thrive in a rapid‑paced kitchen and are committed to food safety and quality, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive, high‑performing team.

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in bulk catering or high‑volume kitchens
- FIFO or remote site experience desirable, but not essential
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexible team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
- Australian Citizenship, Full Australian working rights or eligible for visa sponsorship
Working on‑site means 11‑hour days on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off).
