With your high levels of enthusiasm for our brand and belief in the way we do business you will share responsibility with the Store Manager to drive the store and team to deliver retail excellence and strong sales results. Responsibilities
Customer Experience - Coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with the store manager. Oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, while maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor. Lead and drive a customer-focused store experience on a day-to-day basis. Support development of consumer loyalty and awareness to help build The Body Shop brand. Delivery - Have a strong retail beauty knowledge base. Learn and use internal systems, analyze performance to manage the store’s commercial side. Monitor and manage change in a dynamic retail environment. Help control and meet sales/performance targets. Maintain strong relationships with customers, the team, and the manager. Possess knowledge of the beauty market, competitors, and passion for products. Teamwork and People Management - Be a team player, assist the Store Manager, quickly resolve issues, and act as a flexible, responsible role model who attracts, retains and grows people who reflect the brand. Incentives and Development - Support incentives for meeting KPI and store targets; participate in service rewards for loyal employees; engage in Learning and Development programs. What we look for
