Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Icon Cancer Centre Mackay. This is a casual position that will involve caring for patients with medical oncology and haematology conditions.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide chemotherapy, haematology and theranostic IV treatments to patients with medical oncology and haematology conditions.
* Demonstrate high-level clinical leadership, teamwork and development of workplace culture.
* Facilitate learning, growth and development opportunities for the nursing team.
* Actively motivate others and maintain an environment of continuous quality improvement.
* Participate in personal role review and professional development opportunities to ensure continuous improvement of self and team.

Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration.
* At least 3 years experience in medical oncology nursing.
* Experience in a high acuity setting.
* Post-graduate study desirable but not essential.
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work successfully within a team structure.
* Patient-centric approach to nursing.
* Computer skills.
