 
        
        We have an opportunity for a Web Producer to join the team at our Sydney Office. This is an exciting 9 month Fixed-Term-Contract
**The Opportunity** 
- The Web Producer coordinates, optimises, and publishes content on Stockland's website. Responsible for consistency with Stockland's vision and style guide, while developing understanding of strategies to help keep content fresh and dynamic. They also contribute to business unit objectives through the execution and continued improvement of online content - driving strong engagement with key internal and external stakeholders to maximise business outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that all Stockland websites and content are optimized to enhance brand objectives and attract and engage those visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience 
- Ensure all pages within Stockland's digital estate meet all content Quality, SEO, and accessibility standards. Configure pages in Optimizely CMS to meet the business requirements. 
- Execute web enhancement processes and ensure all stakeholders can place requests and have visibility of their progress. 
- Guide and support the broader marketing team in ensuring that website content is CX optimised 
- Provide education to the marketing teams on digital best practices. 
- Support and identify opportunities to further enhance and communicate Stockland's sustainable development practices. 
- Triage and execute any content fixes required on the website, and report technical bugs to IT. 
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders. 
- Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with own team members; assisting team members when needed; sharing ideas, knowledge, and experience; and seeking to learn from team members. 
- Use extensive knowledge of Optimizely capability to create and maintain functional specification documents, for use within a distributed content production model.
**About You** 
- Minimum 2 years of digital production experience (essential) 
- You will have assisted in delivering a range of digital experiences during your career. (Experience within a Property context is optional) 
- Knowledge of frontend technologies advantageous 
- Experience working collaboratively with IT, marketing and business teams. 
- Comprehensive knowledge of HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office. CSS and Java knowledge would be a plus. 
- Comprehensive knowledge of Content Management Systems (Optimizely mandatory) 
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and the creation of accessible experiences 
- Ability to troubleshoot to resolve issues in a timely fashion 
- Ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders to gain support and engagement
