As part of our team, you'll play a key role in shaping our breakfast and lunch offerings while ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations. You will work closely with management to create memorable dishes and maintain a well-run kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience
Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and assist with stock ordering
Maintain strict quality control of all dishes leaving the kitchen
Prepare and cook dishes using strong culinary techniques, especially Breakfast & Lunch À La Carte
Uphold and enforce hygiene and food safety regulations
Support recruitment, training, and management of kitchen staff
Collaborate with management to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with Food Safety standards
Requirements
At least 2–3 years' experience in a similar fast-paced chef or cook role
Proven experience in Breakfast & Lunch À La Carte service
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment
Available to work weekdays and occasional weekends
Must hold a valid Australian working visa
