* Troubleshoot recruitment challenges for both clients and candidates – fast, efficiently, and creatively
* Source and attract top talent through headhunting, networking, and proactive strategies
* Build and maintain strong, solution-oriented relationships with candidates and clients alike
* Ensure every recruitment process is compliant and aligned with industry best practices
What Will You Need?
* Experience in Engineering and trades Recruitment is preferred OR maybe you are an Engineer or Tradie wanting to get "off the tools" and have Sales or Customer Service experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and critically
* High level of organisational skills and confident decision-making ability
* A proactive mindset and a drive to achieve outcomes and continuously improve
