About the Role
Join Ach Group in a full time front desk officer role at Mile End to provide high-end customer service to visitors and over the phone, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
What you’ll do
- Provide seamless and solution focused customer service in-person and over the phone
- Undertake administration tasks
- Contribute to the customer experience by providing and linking customers to expert services that support maintaining a good life
About you
- Outstanding customer service skills, with proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- IT savvy – with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates with experience in a similar role are highly desirable
You will need
- Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
