About the role
As Store Manager you will motivate and inspire a large team while improving their capability through coaching and empowering your leaders and store team members through leading by example.
What you'll do
* Focus on building a strong succession pipeline for your store / area / region.
* Plan and respond effectively to ensure a safe and compliant store environment.
* Use data & insights to drive decision making rather than intuition on Team, Customer and Performance metrics.
What you'll bring

* Have strong planning capability and the ability to embed structured processes and routines.
* Availability to work a flexible roster that may include evenings, late nights and all 7 days of the week.
