National Account Manager Job
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts across the country. You will drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
About the Role
* You will discover the customer's professional priorities and intended results, identifying and articulating the value to support their sustainable competitive advantage.
* You will manage the relationship with designated National Accounts.
* You will develop and sustain excellent relationships with buying teams and senior management at the National account level.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the sales team and merchandising assets to deliver outstanding results for both the customer and Arrotex.
2. Liaise between key customers and Arrotex to ensure timely communication of information.
3. Lead a cross-functional, customer-focused account plan by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* 4+ years' experience in a similar National Account Manager role in a complex workplace environment.
* Experience delivering outstanding administrative and project support, managing a high volume of tasks with competing priorities.
* Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals.
