Roles and Responsibilities
Full-Time Cook
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Cook to join our restaurant team in Geelong. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about quality food, kitchen efficiency, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a high standard
· Assist with menu development and food preparation planning
· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
· Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in presentation
· Manage stock levels, food storage, and ingredient rotation
· Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
· Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure
· Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Job Requirements and necessary experience
· Qualified Cook or equivalent with at least 1 year experience within a fast paced environment
· Australian qualification of Certificates III in cookery or positive Trade Skill Assessment
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with restaurant staff and management
· Detailed knowledge of health and safety standards
· Excellent communication skills

We are offering attractive Annual Salary $78,000+ Super on going performance-based Incentives and bonus
