Key Responsibilities
* Travel between stores to implement and maintain merchandising and visual standards
* Execute planograms and in-store layouts aligned with Head Office directives
* Stock, organise, and maintain shelves to ensure exceptional presentation
* Conduct merchandising audits and provide feedback to improve brand consistency
* Train and support store staff on best-practice merchandising techniques
* Keep Head Office updated with progress, challenges, and opportunities
* Ensure commercial floor changes are executed smoothly and efficiently
Skills & Experience
* Proven merchandising experience (essential)
* Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to train, guide, and inspire store staff
* Confident working independently while keeping Head Office informed
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
