**The Role**:
The Team Leader Regulatory Services Administration is responsible for providing dynamic leadership emphasizing adaptability, problem solving and communication for the Regulatory Services Administration team.
This role works closely with and oversees the administrative team that supports the broader regulatory services administrative functions requiring an adaptable and agile leader with outstanding customer service skills.
As the Team Leader Regulatory Services Administration, you will be responsible for implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, Council processes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

You have excellent communication skills and can readily identify solutions to complex and challenging tasks.
You have demonstrated experience leading a regulatory and administrative team and possess well developed problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
You are a highly organised and adaptable individual, with demonstrated experience leading an administrative team.
You have the capability to prepare written documentation, reports and external correspondence, and possess a current driver's licence.
**Key Selection Crietria**:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management or similar; or lesser qualification with substantial experience in an executive assistant/high level administration role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing an administration team and training staff.
- Demonstrated experience in generating a variety of documentation, reports and correspondence.
- Experience in an office environment with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations, showing initiative in responding to challenging and competing work tasks and demands.
- Familiarity and demonstrated experience in working in a regulatory environment, with ability to demonstrate compliance with legislative framework.
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area.
