With a strong track record of consistent growth, they're now looking for a Marketing specialist with strong paid ads experience to join a team of incredibly ambitious performance marketers who are obsessed with execution.
In this role, you will manage clients' paid advertising accounts
- Google & Facebook ads_) and ensure the campaigns and strategies perform to their expectations.

**What do you do?**
- Forming & optimising paid advertising campaigns on search engines & social media platforms - Google & YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok
- Being involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Formulating detailed competitor analyses
- Monitoring budgets and adjusting bids to raise ROI
- Tracking KPIs to assess performance & pinpoint issues
- Producing in-depth video reports & communicating with clients over video calls & internal communication platforms
- Suggesting and developing new campaigns across channels
- Keeping abreast of PPC & SMA trends
**What do you require?**

- Be an excellent communicator with solid written & verbal abilities

- Previous experience in paid media (Google & Facebook) is sought after
