About the Role
Reporting to the Finance and HR Manager, you will lead HR initiatives to enhance wellbeing, streamline processes, and promote a collaborative culture. Key responsibilities include:
* Implementing HR policies, systems, and procedures.
* Managing recruitment, onboarding and training through our HRIS.
* Addressing workplace matters including complaints, conflicts, grievances and misconduct.
* Assisting with performance and remuneration reviews.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and compliance documentation.
* Coordinating WHS programs and safety initiatives.
* Assisting with company social events and engagement initiatives.
About You
* A formal HR qualification.
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of Fair Work legislation, the Manufacturing Award, and Workcover processes.
* Strong communication, discretion, problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Valid Australian work rights.
*Experience working in manufacturing and/or electronics industry will be highly regarded.
