About your new role?
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Efficiently pick and prepare orders for delivery and customer pickups using RF scanners.
* Restock shelves and maintain well-organised pick faces.
* Assist with receiving and dispatching stock as needed.
* Safely operate forklifts and trolleys, following systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
* Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing AAD.
What will make you successful?
* Forklift licence preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
* Strongly preferred experience using RF scanners.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, delivering respectful and high-quality service to all customers.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and capable of safely lifting products as required.
