Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our Brisbane DFO team.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing retail operations, including stock control, store policies and procedures, staff scheduling, and tracking sales team performance.
You will also be responsible for delivering memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
Key responsibilities include supporting, coaching and motivating your team to meet and exceed store targets, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training, and recruiting, leading and inspiring your team to succeed in store.
