The Role
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator supports a high-profile CBRE financial services client by ensuring seamless operations and business continuity. This role involves adhering to protocols, identifying risks, and proactively proposing solutions to enhance the user experience.
A typical day may involve:
1. Maintain assets and buildings in top condition.
2. Conduct daily site walks, identify and resolve risks proactively.
3. Oversee vendor work, manage badges, mail, and event support.
4. Collaborate with Building Management, Engineering, and stakeholders for seamless operations.
5. Respond to emergencies, escalate incidents, and ensure compliance.
6. Support vendor management, purchase orders, and reporting tasks.
Requirements
1. Diploma in Facility Management – Preferred but not essential
2. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in corporate facilities and/or hospitality
3. HSE qualification – preferred but not essential
4. Ability to work autonomously whilst follow exacting procedures
5. A focus on quality and continuous improvement
6. Strong communications and interpersonal skills
7. A commonsense approach and initiative when resolving issues.
8. High level of competence with the Microsoft office suite of programs
