**Job Title:** Cluster Manager
Myer Indooroopilly is seeking an experienced and customer-centric Cluster Manager to lead our team of concession store managers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, styling, and visual merchandising. They will be responsible for driving end-to-end store operations within their concession store, including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling, and reporting.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
* Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
* Monitor and control stock levels to ensure efficient inventory management
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business objectives
* Collaborate with the wider Myer Group to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail
* Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory
* Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding sales budgets/KPIs
* Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
* Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base
* Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers
* An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to motivate others
* Strong leadership and management skills, including previous experience managing a high-performing team
