The ideal candidate will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for:
* Driving sales targets through inbound and outbound telesales interaction.
* Capturing orders according to customer delivery plans and requirements.
* Communicating with customers regarding all promotions.
* Establishing and maintaining internal and external customer relationships.
* Loading deals, orders, and reviews.
* Handling administration tasks.
* Checking pre-pricing and costs daily.
* Liaising with logistics regarding delivery delays.
* Channeling customer queries to the appropriate personnel.
* Achieving daily sales volume targets.
* Implementing and maintaining 20 keys.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
* Matric or equivalent qualification.
* Familiarity with the Poultry industry.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong persuasion skills in upselling and cross-selling.
* High accuracy in data entry skills.
* Sales experience in FMCG sector is an advantage.
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
* Punctuality and willingness to work overtime when required.
* Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work within a team environment.
* Target and deadline driven.
* Honesty and integrity.
* Computer literacy.
