What you'll do
* Partner with Merchandising, Programming, Marketing, Presenters, Production and Studio teams to plan, develop, analyse and continuously improve shows across all TVSN categories
* Produce live and pre-recorded content that delivers engaging storytelling and drives sales performance
* Own the direction, pace, and overall look and feel of your shows
* Lead live broadcasts from the control room, ensuring seamless execution and strong commercial outcomes
* Use insights and performance data to refine content and maximise results
What you bring
* Proven experience as a TV Producer, ideally in a sales-driven or commercial environment
* Strong editorial judgement with a clear understanding of what converts
* Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
* Confident communicator who can direct presenters and collaborate across teams
* Experience working on live television productions
