Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the catching and delivering of live birds. The position requires managing animal welfare, health & safety, biosecurity, and quality. Experience in this field is highly regarded.
This role will also support seasonal fluctuations. You'll be responsible for overseeing safe and efficient catching of live-birds via catching teams, managing easy load modules stocktaking, attending catching, transport, and live bird storage in person, completing company audits, reports, and checklists, ensuring safe and efficient logistics operation into and out of the site, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
You'll work closely with regulatory bodies and assist with their needs. The ideal candidate should have high-level experience in coordinating logistics, quality assurance, and animal welfare. A strong ability to monitor/audit and manage relationships, understanding requirements, educating/training on best practice/standards, hands-on leadership style, strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships and work with various stakeholders, are required.
