The Opportunity
The Delivery & Installation team in Direk, Adeliade look after our growing customer base Adelaide-wide. Our aim is to achieve the ultimate in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and we know that means looking after you behind the scenes too. We are currently looking for a superstar to join our team.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Delivering and installing appliances Monday to Friday from 06:30am - 03:00pm
* Loading and unloading of delivery truck
* Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers and staff
* Route and optimise runs, solve problems, perform toolbox meetings, lead a small team
Experience Required
* Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, as well as a physical fitness assessment
* Similar experience in a driver delivery role
* A clean driver license, a valid MR License
* Must be tech savvy, have basic computer skills and be physically fit to be able to lift and move appliances
* Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Adelaide, SA
* Supervisory experience would be an advantage but not essential
* Customer service experience would be an advantage
* Providing premium customer service and good communication skills
* Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
