We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to produce high-quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 72 children each day.
This role involves menu planning, budgeting, stock ordering and control as well as ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
About the Role
* Develop and implement menus that cater to dietary and allergy-safe requirements.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification and experience in a cook role.
* Current Working with Children's Check.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
