As a Floor Manager, you will be the Senior Beauty Advisor responsible for leading your team in delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a fast-paced retail environment where you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve operational goals.
Job Description:
You will be the face of Sephora, showcasing our DNA by embodying the values that make us unique. Your role will involve being a role model to your team, coaching and supporting their growth and development, and driving a selling culture to exceed KPIs.
* Be a leader who embodies Sephora's DNA and delivers a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
* Drive a sales culture to consistently raise performance and capability of your team through coaching and support.
* Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
* Ability to motivate, coach, and help store team members succeed.
* Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand.
