Job Description:
The Network Manager plays a key role within the ICT Enterprise Infrastructure team, responsible for managing the network infrastructure lifecycle.
This includes planning, supplier and vendor management, and operational responsibilities. The Network Manager leads a team of professionals in delivering incident, change, and problem resolution, as well as customer and vendor relationship management.
They also develop and deploy strategic services, capabilities, processes, practices, policies, and systems to drive business value and improve service delivery.
The ICT Enterprise Infrastructure team delivers day-to-day and future core enterprise solutions, consisting of five major work units: Networks, Cloud and Server, Identity Management, ICT Operations, and Solutions Architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise networks infrastructure and complex networking environments.
* Ability to lead and manage technical staff, establishing and maintaining professional networks with internal and external clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to identify and address customer problems in developing effective solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence vendors and staff at all levels through consultation, negotiation, and promotion.
