This newly created and integral role will provide direct support to the Owners and Management Team with the day to day running of the business and provide you with opportunities to add value and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.Your primary focus will be to cover all the end-to-end financial administration and accounting needs of the Company as well as ensuring a range of statutory taxation, compliance and governance requirements are met.Your core responsibilities will include:Process and reconcile a range of accounts and financial activity including General Ledgers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking.Process Payroll and associated payments, such as superannuation.Prepare monthly financial management reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Budgets and Cash Flow Forecasts as well as statutory returns such as Business Activity Statements & Income Activity Statements.Assist management with analysing and controlling costs including identifying, developing and implementing improvements to the company’s systems and processes.Undertake Company Secretarial tasks such as provide administrative support for shareholder and investor meetings and correspondence as well as complete any statutory ASIC documentation.Liaise with the Company’s External Accountants in relation to all statutory taxation and legal requirements.Manage third party relationships for the outsourcing of specialist services such as IT support.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and SalesIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion
