**About Our Client**:
My client is a Mid-Tier Construction Company with over 400 employees with focus on marine and construction projects. They have a budget of $20 million for construction and marine, with projects ranging up to 6 months. Their marine business constitutes 60% of their operations, while the remaining focus is on civil, engineering and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with project managers to determine mobilisation requirements
- Coordinate the mobilisation of personnel and equipment to project sites
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and certifications are in place for personnel and equipment
- Manage logistics and transportation arrangements
- Provide regular progress updates to project managers and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**The Successful Applicant**:
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in mobilisation or project coordination in the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work on a FIFO 2/1 roster
