The Opportunity 360HR Solutions is partnered with Shinagawa Refractories Australasia, a well-established global manufacturing organisation, to recruit an experienced IT Systems Administrator. This is a pivotal internal role responsible for the reliability, security and optimisation of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. You’ll support day-to-day operations while also contributing to system improvements, infrastructure upgrades and larger technology initiatives across the business. The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager & Company Secretary, you will: Administer, maintain and optimise enterprise IT systems, infrastructure and applications across the organisation. Support and improve core business systems, including ERP platforms critical to operational and financial workflows. Ensure Windows Server environments, Office 365 and collaboration tools are secure, stable and well maintained. Configure, operate and monitor backup, disaster recovery and redundancy solutions to ensure business continuity. Lead and contribute infrastructure input to major internal IT projects, system upgrades and technology refreshes. Maintain and enhance SharePoint intranet portals and internal applications. Monitor system and network performance, applying patches, upgrades and preventative maintenance. Implement and uphold cybersecurity controls, policies and system integrity. Provide support for voice, data and communications systems (PABX / VoIP). Deliver hands-on helpdesk and end-user support, escalating where required. Manage vendors, software licensing, contracts and service providers. Produce system reports on usage, incidents, downtime and performance. About You Proven experience in an internal IT Systems Administrator or senior IT support role Strong background supporting ERP systems and business-critical applications Solid experience across Microsoft environments, including Windows Server and Office 365 Strong experience coordinating vendors, service providers and software licenses Comfortable balancing operational support with project-based work Proactive, detail-oriented and confident working autonomously Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical jargon to people with various levels of technical ability.
