Key Maintenance Role
This is a critical position responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in minor-works maintenance, with experience in trades such as plumbing, carpentry and electrical work.
The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 12 kg, climb ladders and stay active throughout the day. They should also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities
* To handle a variety of tasks across both interior and exterior areas including immediate repairs scheduled maintenance statutory compliance works.
* Working closely with the Facilities Manager gain valuable experience mentoring across all aspects of facilities management.
