About the role
Auslex Law Group is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Graduate Lawyer to join our growing team in Wollongong, NSW. As a Graduate Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of estate and property law matters, supporting our experienced legal professionals and contributing to the success of our firm.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, leases, and conveyancing paperwork
* Assisting with the preparation of estate planning documents including Will drafting.
* Conducting legal research and analysis to support the provision of high-quality advice to our clients
* Attending client meetings and court hearings, where appropriate, to gain practical experience
* Developing a strong understanding of estate and property law and related regulations
* Collaborating with the wider legal team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of legal services
What we're looking for
* either in final year of study or have a completed law degree
* no previous experience needed for suitable candidates
* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* A keen interest in estate and property law and a desire to build a career in the legal industry
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
