 
        
        Our client is an industry leader in precious metals trading, and now seeking a Sales Assistant, with Banking or Finance background. 
The Sales assistant is responsible for processing daily transactions and Secure Deposit Box Facility including conducting account opening, accepting deposits and withdrawals and processing money transfers etc. 
Responsibilities and duties of Sales Assistant include but not limited to: 
Perform account opening and customer due diligence. 
Handle both Sale and Purchases with Clients. 
Account Opening/ Closing for The Safe Deposit Box Facility 
Ensure all practices, procedures and regulations are adhered to in performing daily duties. 
Ensure high level of accuracy when performing daily duties 
Inbound and outbound calls 
Cash Management High Value Transitions 
Strong Focus on Compliance 
Additional projects and tasks assigned by Operations Manager 
Requirement: 
Previous Customer service Experience, preferably from the Banking industry 
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
Contributor to a collaborative team environment 
Willingness to go above and beyond for your customers and Colleagues 
Driven to take a personalised approach with every customer interaction 
Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skill. 
Can do" approach to all aspects of your Role 
Proficient in English. 
Strong computer skills.
