**What You'll Do**:
- Opportunity to join the exceptional leadership team within one of Australia's most reputable Healthcare Recruitment Agency, under the leadership of RCSA and TIARA's 2024 Recruitment Leader of the Year, Samantha Miklos.
- Build out our permanent nursing team within an existing and high performing division.
- Develop green and experienced recruitment consultants to cover the Australian permanent nursing opportunities across government, private, NPF and NGO organisations.
- Develop market presence with a strategic Business Development plan.
- Deliver outstanding results driving revenue, growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Proven experience leading permanent recruitment teams within an agency or RPO setting.
- Proven experience winning and implementing government tenders and ability to navigate complex recruitment agreements.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- A results-driven and continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for building culture, revenue and exceptional customer outcomes.
- Strong business development and strategic sourcing skills, and willingness to be 'on the tools' bringing in business and revenue.
- Thrive in a fast pasted innovative business looking to be market leading at every step to provide the best in customer and team experience.
