The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and growth of our digital Motor sales across all channels. As Digital Sales Manager – Motor, you will act as the business owner and product manager for the Motor digital sales funnel. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, compliant, and customer-centric digital quote and buy experience across mobile, web, and conversational AI channels.
Main Responsibilities
* Owning Motor Sales digital funnel applications, ensuring asset health, stability, and production support.
* Driving development, operational maintenance, and growth of digital Motor sales across all channels.
* Supporting Home & Motor product teams in achieving business objectives and optimising pricing.
* Collaborating with technical platform owners for consistency, security, and quality of customer outcomes.
* Leading the Digital Motor Sales roadmap, aligning initiatives with business and customer objectives.
* Managing risk as Digital Motor Sales Risk Owner, resolving issues proactively.
