The Opportunity
In This Role You Will
* Support regional people strategy focused on business operations in Sydney and Melbourne.
* Build partnerships with business leaders to coach and advise on all people-related matters and strategy.
* Provide support for employee relations issues and solutions, ensuring employees and managers are provided with necessary information.
* Coach, develop, and mentor leaders within the business to help build team management capabilities.
* Respond to managers and employees on queries covering policies, systems, immigration, and benefits.
* Lead regional implementation of key global processes and initiatives.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure quality candidate selection.
* Contribute to other regional P&OD initiatives and projects as required.
We Are Looking for an Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in human resources business partnering roles.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks according to agreed deadlines.
* Solid understanding of employment law and best practices in Australia.
* Detailed-oriented and quality-focused individual.
* An excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
* A love for dynamic environments with opportunities to get involved across a range of initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
