Human Resources Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR support, ensuring seamless recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare HR documents, letters, and employment contracts while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating interviews, preparing induction packs, and conducting inductions
* Ensure accurate documentation and action for employee changes, including secondments, higher duties, and other employment adjustments
* Monitor HR compliance requirements, follow up on expiring documentation, and maintain accurate staff records
* Respond to routine HR enquiries via the HR inbox, escalating more complex matters when required
* Support HR-led projects, events, and engagement activities
* Provide administrative support across HR operations, including meeting coordination and minute-taking
Requirements:
